Kazanlak Industrial Zone is a public consortium between Kazanlak Municipality and the National Company of Industrial Zones, whose purpose is to attract local and foreign investors in the sphere of high technologies, warehousing and logistics, etc. and to facilitate the implementation and setting of their investment projects in the territory of Kazanlak Municipality.
Kazanlak Industrial Zone has an area of 120 decares, so in the first place it will offer terrains with existing infrastructure for connection to the systems of power supply, water supply, household and rainwater sewerage, gas supply, optics.
We plan to design and build an administrative building to house the offices of our Company, including a conference room, and offices for rent, to organize meetings, to hold conferences, forums, etc., food stores and restaurants, a bank office and other services to satisfy the needs of prospective investors.

Sofia (the capital city) can be reached in 2 hours and 20 min. It takes 1 hour and 20 min to get to Plovdiv, and only 30 min to get to Stara Zagora, which is the capital town of Stara Zagora County. The ports in Burgas Town (by the Black Sea) and Ruse Town (by Danube River) can also be easily accessed.
